How does Pay Later in 30 Days work at Get Mart?
After your order at Get Mart is confirmed, Klarna will email you payment instructions within two days. You will have 30 days to receive, try, and keep your items before making a payment. You only pay if you are satisfied with your purchase.
Am I eligible for Pay Later in 30 Days?
To use this option, you must be 18 years or older. Approval is subject to Klarna’s internal assessment based on your order and payment history. Using this option does not affect your credit score.
How can I improve my chances of approval?
Providing your full name, correct address details, and using your registered billing address can increase your chances of approval. Each order is assessed individually.
Will a credit check be performed?
Klarna may perform a soft credit check that does not impact your credit score and is not visible to other lenders. Get Mart does not perform any credit checks on your behalf.
Why was Pay Later in 30 Days not offered to me?
Availability depends on factors such as order value, previous payment history, and product availability. If this option is not available, you can still complete your purchase using a debit or credit card.
What payment options are available with Klarna?
You can pay immediately using a debit or credit card or choose Pay Later in 30 Days and pay after receiving your items. All payments can be managed through the Klarna app.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
Once Get Mart confirms your cancellation or return, Klarna will update or cancel your payment statement accordingly. Any approved refunds will be processed through Klarna.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
Payment is due 30 days after your order is shipped. Klarna will send reminders before the due date. Late payments may result in additional reminders or fees.
Why am I redirected to Klarna?
If you select Pay Later in 30 Days, Klarna will handle your payment securely. You will receive an email with a link to complete your payment through Klarna.
What information do I need to provide?
You must provide your full name, address, and email address. Some orders may also require a mobile number or date of birth.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by Klarna. Get Mart does not store or have access to your card details.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. You can pay at any time after receiving your Klarna payment email by following the instructions in the email or in the Klarna app.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once Get Mart confirms your return or cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
