Safety Information
It has been brought to our attention that there is a small chance that, after extensive use, the power cord may wear around the controller guard. This could present a risk of fire or electric shock.
At Get Mart, customer safety is our highest priority. As a precautionary measure, we are offering a free replacement controller to all customers who purchased any of the affected products.
What You Need to Do
If you have purchased one of these products and wish to receive a replacement controller:
Please discard the existing controller
Store the electric blanket safely until your replacement controller arrives
Register for a free replacement controller by completing the online replacement form [link to be added]

If you have purchased any of the above items:
Stop using the hot water bottle immediately
Dispose of the hot water bottle
Email us at recalls@getmart.com with your original order reference number(s), confirming that the item(s) have been disposed of
Once confirmation is received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Safety Information
The safety of our customers is paramount. Get Mart is recalling the above products as they present a serious fire safety hazard and may not meet the requirements of:
Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994
There is a risk that the product could catch fire and may also pose a risk of electric shock.
What You Need to Do
If you have purchased one of these products:
Unplug the electric blanket immediately
Stop using the product
Return the item using a pre-paid returns label (details provided separately)
Once the returned item is received, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
We previously contacted affected customers with instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
